This is a meetup group for people who love singing, especially a cappella, and are looking for a fun group of young people to get to know. If you were in a cappella in college and miss it, or would love to try it out, this is the group for you! While reading music is preferred, it's not necessary. We will sing whatever our members want to sing or arrange, so the group will hopefully evolve based on its members.

We are a female a cappella chorus for women who wish to bring music back into their regular routine. Our vocalists are amateur signers from all walks of life -- women just like you! We perform throughout the year at various events and meet every Monday night at 7pm at 83 Hanover Street in Manchester (across from the Palace Theater). We meet every Tuesday night 7:15-9:30, at the Briarwood Community Center in Worcester, to sing in four part harmony, a capella. We hone our repertoire of of songs from old time gospel, jazz, rock, and blues each week, and we infuse each session with a good dose of laughter and camaraderie. We're looking for more singers. The Boston Minstrel group envisions a world where interactive singing inspires healing, harmony and hope. For 21 years we have been bringing the transformative power of music to people living in shelters and prisons in the greater Boston area.
